13WMAZ and Cox Partner to Bring Expanded Coverage of March Madness to Middle GA

Macon, GA – Beginning March 18, 13WMAZ and Cox Communications will team up to offer expanded coverage of the NCAA Championship (March Madness) for Middle GA television viewers.  Through this partnership, 13WMAZ and Cox will televise two separate games simultaneously during every session of the NCAA Tournament, all the way through the “Sweet Sixteen”, on Cox channels 4 and 121.  Select high definition games will also be made available on 13WMAZ HD (channel 704). 

“We're excited to offer a double dose of tournament action to basketball fans,” said Jeff Dudley, 13WMAZ President and General Manager. “We enjoy working with Cox each year to showcase digital technology and bring Central Georgians more live tournament coverage.”
