Cox Communications to Launch New HD Channels on April 1st

Macon, GA - Effective April 1st, Cox will add six new HD channels to its HD channel lineup. These HD channels include Cartoon HD (channel 729), FX HD (channel 732), Travel HD (channel 749), Golf HD (channel 752), Animal Planet HD (channel 757) and History HD (channel 759). BET HD will also join the lineup on April 15th. These channels will be made free to current HD subscribers. And because every day in Middle Georgia is Armed Forces appreciation day, Cox will also add The Pentagon Channel to its Digital Sports and Information Tier, effective April 1st, on channel 317.
